GICC proudly provides hand-made lunches daily! Students can select the hand-made hot lunch on the menu, choose a cold sandwich option, create their own lunch at the salad bar, or bring a lunch from home. Microwave stations are available for student use to reheat left-overs, prepare meals from home, or prepare items off our A La Cart menu.

Fresh fruit, snacks, milk, juice and sport drinks are also sold a la cart for MS & HS students.  

​A grab-n-go Breakfast Bar is available from 7:15-7:55am most mornings for Pre-K through 12th graders.
