Academics
We offer our students a full range of academic and enrichment courses including middle school foreign language, accelerated classes at all levels, AP and dual-credit college courses, distance learning, online learning, participation at Career Pathways Institute (CPI) and Central Community College (CCC), test prep, internship/job shadowing, and intervention/student services. Our low student-to-teacher ratio of 10:1 allows us to provide custom, individualized teaching and counseling opportunities. With the reputation of being an outstanding college-preparatory high school, GICC requires students to carry 30 credit hours per semester, enabling them to graduate with between 250 and 300 credit hours.
