School Nurse Information

The school nurse, or authorized personnel, must administer all medications, both over-the-counter and prescribed. Please bring all medications to the school office; the school does not supply medications for students. In addition, the school nurse needs a parent or guardian signature before administering any medication.
We ask that all student injuries affecting your student's academic or activity ability be reported to the school nurse, as well as your student's coach or sponsor. |
OVER-THE-COUNTER MEDICATION:
Parents must supply over-the-counter medications such as aspirin and cough drops for their won student(s) in the original container. Please mark the student's name clearly on the bottle or package. PRESCRIBED MEDICATION: Prescription medicines must be in the original container in which it was purchased, indicating the name of medication, dosage, time to be given, student's name and physician's name.
