Scholarships
- The Greater Grand Island Community Foundation is honored to offer multiple scholarships for students planning to pursue post-secondary education in the 2026-2027 academic school year!
Students only need to submit ONE application online which will apply them to all of the 160+ scholarship opportunities managed by the Greater Grand Island Community Foundation with awards range from $500-$7,500. Scholarships are available for graduating high school seniors, current college students and returning adults pursuing various fields of study. How to Apply:- Application opens December 1, 2025
- Tip for Applicants: The essay portion of the application is what reviewers consider the most. Please make sure they put in the effort in that section.
- Applicants can save their work and return to work on their scholarship application anytime until it is completed.
- Applicants should plan to spend 30 minutes to 1 hour to complete the entire application.

The deadline for online scholarship to be submitted by the student is February 10, 2026 at 11:59 pm. All applicants will be notified by email of the outcome of the scholarship application process in late March 2025.
